Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Incredibly focused nose displaying slightly coiled yellow fruit with a hint of white, lemon curd, apple, coche like flint, honeysuckle, rainwater, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Excellent concentration, slightly coiled yellow citrus fruit, incredible energy and precision, mouth puckering acidity and mineral, and a long pure yellow citrus fruit driven finish with flint and crushed rocks at the end. With air, it shows a bit of Chevalier Montrachet like elegance. Decanting for an hour or two is recommended.
