Sunday, September 17, 2023 - 2nd bottle from a 6 pack, last had this wine about 16 months ago.
Spicy and crunchy red fruits, alongside minty and briary notes, leading into a refreshingly crisp and thought-provoking finish.
Tannins are round and only slightly grippy on the 2nd day. Drink this wine through 2029 or so.
