Wednesday, November 24, 2021 - Drinking quite well! Medium weight burg, as one might expect from the vintage and appellation, not nearly as ripe as some of the other 2005s I’ve had this year. Mellowed res fruit, well integrated with a savory and spicy base. Good value.
