Friday, January 12, 2024 - PnP, chilled. A clear light to medium yellow in the glass. A solid, but not rousing, medium bodied Chablis that showed minerality, lemon citrus and some light stone fruits. The acidity was fresh and palate cleansing which worked well with a fish filet in a butter and white wine sauce. Should hold for some years.
