Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Medium light golden in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of citrus notes of lemons/limes, apples & peach with overtones of mineral & stony notes, floral notes of honeysuckle, a hint of honey, lemon curd, spices & toasty oak in the background. Medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, apples & peaches with stony/minerals, spices & toasted oak. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with several more years of additional aging.
