Thursday, March 4, 2021 - Catalan Passport Wine Dinner (Catalan Tapas Bar (Cary NC)): 3rd Course: berbere seared ahi tuna with herb creamed spinach. Definitely the apex dish of the evening, however the wine didn't keep up. A fairly typical Oregon Pinot- earthy cherry and hints of baking spices, it was a little medicinal on the finish, but the food screamed for something less average. B (85) pairing.
