On the palate this has dark red fruit, great concentration, more earth and forest floor and some espresso than the Auxey 1er tasted the other night. This actually also shows less tannin and more ready to enjoy than that wine. I could serve and drink this wine now for its great fruit and concentration. My guess is it shuts down at some point but really nice to drink now. Meadows "supple and opulent is spot on for me right now. A-/A
