Wednesday, August 2, 2023 - No score from me because I am at the tail end of a cold that has definitely influenced my palate. And we were in the perfect setting at our Tuscan Villa so probably yellowtail would have been delightful (ok maybe not). But I did enjoy this champagne and I could actually smell and enjoy toasty notes and citrus and good acidity. It seems the scores here are skewed lower than I would expect. Lovely for drinking outside on a lazy afternoon and preferred to the Ayala which we also had open.
