Friday, December 10, 2021 - Very vibrant robe. Nose bouquet is incredibly vibrant too, the likes of which I don’t think I’ve seen before. On the palate there are flavors of blueberry, cacao/dark chocolate, pomegranate, and slightly underripe strawberry/raspberry, with some noticeable wood influence creating nice structure and a bit of dry tannin into the finish. This will be great with time but this is also worth opening and enjoying now for the bouquet alone!
