Saturday, July 2, 2022 - Aromas of yeast, bread dough, citrus and mineral. Flavors of puff pastry, mineral, citrus and hint of ginger. Ends with a mineral driven finish of 15 seconds. Says extra brut but pretty dry to me. Interesting champagne on the mineral driven, yeasty side.
