Sunday, June 21, 2015 - The perfect aperitif. Starts off with preserved lemons and Marcona almonds and then goes into a sort of saline/chicken broth savoury phase before finishing with herbs, seashells, and hazelnuts. Long beautiful finish with a lovely round, but refreshing, mouthfeel. Summer in a glass.
