Monday, August 18, 2008 - Still somewhat raw, with full, ripe, sweetish blackcurrant fruit; slightly hot from the alcohol; powerful rather than elegant; this should keep well for a few years but like many New World wines runs the risk of becoming a bit hollow. Probably at its best over the next 2 to 3 years.
