Saturday, October 29, 2022 - Tight. Pixellated acid which is a funny thing to say as I reserve that for tannin description but here it seemed apt. Almost a prockly palate sensation. Alcohol heat detectable. Great potential I feel but please put away in the coldest darkest part of your cellar for 5-10 years.
