Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Medium ruby red with pink-orange rim. Unripe raspberry, dark cherry, stewed strawberry, baguette, tobacco, cedar, spices, white pepper and rocks. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium-high tannin, medium-high structure, medium alcohol and long finish. Wine at the beginning of tertiary phase. Initially, there were sharp edges and some nervousness on the palate. After 2 hours of breathing, the wine calmed down and opened-up beautifully.
