Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Drank half bottle last night and no formal note other than to say that Rubanski had it right that the reductive Brett notes do indeed blow off with air (I would say quite a lot of air). Left a small glass out overnight and found all reductive notes gone leaving very healthy fruit (not oxidized in the least) and silky smooth, tart cherry palate. Yum.
