Tuesday, August 3, 2010 - Tasted as part of a Bordeaux tasting. Light yellow color. Not overly aromatic on the nose but hints of lemon and baked apple with some minerality. Similar flavors on the palate along with some oak flavors. The acid level was a bit too low though so it made the wine feel clunky on the mouthfeel. My guess is that the wine was probably a year or so past its prime. Definitely drink up if you are holding any.
