Friday, December 19, 2014 - Opened to pair with French Goat Cheese, tiny bubbles and lovely mousse in the glass, lots of red cherry and raspberry fruit, touch of yeast, more of the same on the palate, touch of bacon bits, tasty with pinot flavors on the long finish and terrific aftertaste.
