Friday, May 1, 2015 - Metallic bronze color in the glass, medium amount of tiny bubbles, lively mousse, red raspberry and Chines Apple on the nose with hints of spring flowers and walnuts, more of the same on the palate, medium body, tasty, showing its age, this was a 375 ml bottle before dinner as I prepared the salad course, long, long finish and wonderful rich aftertaste.
