Sunday, June 5, 2016 - Pink copper color, bubbles are med to small rising in an orderly pace. Nose of faint fruity jelly aroma. On palate, apart from the initial yeasty taste, red fruit such as strawberry surfaced, some pinot spice too, some minerality but acidity is rather subdued. Could be a good companion with food.
