Friday, August 30, 2019 - Opened a 375 ml bottle and paired with Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon, lots of tiny bubbles formed a lovely mousse, floral nose, sweet and sour Pinot fruit, raspberry, and strawberry, more of the same on the palate, big body, very tasty, mouth filling fruit, rich fruit, great pairing with the Smoked Slmon, and a long, flavorful finish
