Thursday, May 7, 2020 - Score 91*, cork looks very young so I assume a 2014/2015 base and recent disgorgment.

Initially a bit shy bouquet... it needs a bit time and definitely around 12+ degrees to shine.

Then strawberries and maybe a bit of quince and the same on the palate. At first a bit harsh with slightly disconnected flavour and acidity (but it was quite perfect at the right temperature).

Acidity moved into the background gently bolstering the pinot notes.

Clear Gosset DNA, precise, clean, and always energetic acidity.

Should age nicely too. Fruit is not as as stunning as some others like Billecart Rose but its a solid product.
