Wednesday, April 14, 2021 - 4 Bordeaux-1989 Vintage+ 2 Rose Champagnes (Yan's China Bistro, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Lovely mousse with lots of tiny bubbles, nose of sweet and sour fruit, strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, same on the palate, tasty, big body, mouth filling fruit, rich fruit, much bigger and richer than the Jean Vessele and a medium/long finish.
