Tuesday, December 19, 2017 - Nice color. Very interesting and evolving aroma. Brambly red fruit,spice, black fruits, hint of volatility and parfum. Substantial palate with plenty of fruit, mostly in red spectrum with some pleasant blackberry notes. At times hints of herbal aroma and flavor but pleasant addition, not a dominant quality. Near peak but still shows substantial life.
