Thursday, January 11, 2024 - started out with a little head and ripe, but it mellowed out after a short time in the glass. Nice red fruit like sour cherry and and a touch of pomegranate, a touch of spice and baking powder. still closed at this stage. should improve in the next couple years. I do not see this being a long lived wine. So enjoy within the next five years.
