Anonymous jam-tinged red fruit, with a vanilla edge. Generally confected feel, with a short patchy finish; consistent with the general palate impression too. At some point in the past this was all Clare-sourced – the label for 2019 reveals the inclusion of Limestone Coast fruit as well.
