Sunday, September 15, 2013 - yeast, bread dominate, perfumed top notes, slight funk and green apple…fine bead. On the palate the wine has juicy acidity with flavours of tart apples, slightly dusty quality, phenolic grip in the mid palate, and some bread notes, the mousse is fine. Quite nice, crisp and refreshing.
