Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - On the youthful side; but plenty of Minerality and Acidity! Not an opulent; but more of a “sleek” style. Never the less; it is an excellent Champagne that can be enjoyed now. Still has shades of of underripe peach and pear. I think the 2013’s are a more approachable style that may lack depth; but is more classic. I’m sure this will improve with time.
