Sunday, September 17, 2023 - Popped and poured this one , pairing with grilled tilapia and grilled peppers/eggplant . Ripeness is the dominant characteristic here . Not in a negative way. Well-made and balanced . Medium acidity , medium mouthfeel and medium tannins . Good but not great finish . Although I may have opened it a bit early, I don’t think you need to wait until 2026.
