Monday, May 8, 2023 - Beautifully ripe pineapple and guava with hints of jasmine, ocean mist, and warm sourdough in the bouquet. The palate is minerally slick and powerful with deep flavors and a prominent push of acidity to keep it vibrant. Long finish. Really nice.
