Thursday, November 9, 2017 - Gaja Sori Tilden White Truffle Dinner (Ai Fiori): Nose is far quieter and shut down relative to the ‘05 in the next glass. Coaxing gives some secondary aromatics and earth. Dark fruit palate. Black liquorice.
