Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Quite dark in color, pretty. Reduced. Better on second day, which is rare for me. Even more developed bouquet on the third day (stored in fridge overnights). Cherry, spice, and some pleasant medicine on the nose. Very Chambolle in the mouth. Finish is medium. My dumb prediction is that it'll be quite good after a few more years.
