Saturday, November 5, 2022 - Decanted 30 minutes before service. In the glass, very pale, clear white, almost no color. On the nose, piercing, focused minerality. On the palate, wet slate, flint, with intimations of honeysuckle and citrus on the mid and back palate, with a concentrated but refreshing finish. Interesting white.
