Sunday, February 13, 2022 - Delicious strawberry focused, more toasty bready yeasty nuttiness that the standard NV offering. Certainly more complex and deep. Lemon, citrus and a nice sort of Provençal salinity to it. A clear step up, but worth the premium? Yes, once it warms up
