Monday, May 8, 2023 - Three hour decant. Nearly opaque electric magenta color. Ripe blackberry, dark raspberry sauce in a soufflé, chocolate ganache, violet, and subtle melted vanilla ice cream. Very smooth, dry palate, with fine acidity. Firm, full, lower intensity tannins on the longish finish.

This will improve, but it’s already a fun drinker. Looking forward to having the next bottle in 2+ years. Enjoyed this with Mark1NPT and our lady friends.
