Friday, April 26, 2024 - Purple in color. 16.1% ABV. Heady nose of red and black fruits, molten licorice and white pepper. Full bodied with just enough acidity. The balance is notable. Exceptionally plush and rich. Black cherry, raspberry liqueur, creme de cassis and pepper on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. Big, full throttle Zinfandel. Not for everyone but I’m a fan. Best over the next 2-3 years.
