Thursday, July 13, 2023 - This wine is beautiful and just getting better. Opened and drank tonight through an aerating pour and by the second glass there were intense lemongrass on the palate coming through and that strawberry note is really forward right now. The winemaker website says Anise as well and I can get that on the nose while sipping the second glass. That should continue to evolve. A beautiful wine that finishes with Cherry and from a great winemaker. Excited for the next bottles over the next few years.
