Monday, September 12, 2011 - Intensive topical fragrance. Fully ripe palate with lots of everything. But a bitterness comes through and a little oxidation despite perfectly stored bottle. This is a food wine that does not fit into cheese, but it will be ideal for a white fish dish with maybe almond and exotic flavors. Drink now.
