Wednesday, May 11, 2022 - Classic blend of Marsanne and Roussanne. Aromatic floral notes on the nose. Hi acidity and prominent minerality. Palate of citrus, stone fruits, and tropical notes. Paired wonderfully with pan fried white fish and roasted herbed red potatoes.
