Friday, January 6, 2023 - Brilliant wine to start off 2023 wine campaign. 2 hr decant, ruby red to purplish magenta. Fragrant nose of ripe red raspberries, cherry jam, milk chocolate, dusty pavement, dark plums, mocha, roasted coffee with exquisite exotic spices. Super velvety on the palate, hint of leather, graphite, ample richness and opulence while maintaining deftness. Love the incredible balance for a big Oakville monster like this. Bright acidity, sweet tannins on super long finish.
