Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - A surprise find in the cellar as I thought these were all gone, and it may have been the best bottle to date. Classic Mouvedre aromas of moist earth and garrigue on blue/red fruit dominate. Some other forest floor nuances and good grip but not heavy on palate. Clean (with out any barnyard animal) and very silky at this point, no decanting necessary but suggested for sediment removal. Easy to drink and surprisingly fresh. Went great with Chinese BBQ pork in 5 spice.
