Thursday, November 9, 2023 - Pretty pale golden. Tart green apple and melon aromas. Outstanding creamy balance with a touch of acid keeping harmony on entry. Bright and lovely toast and brioche supported by Meyer lemon. Finish shows a lot of resonance and balance. 3g/L dosage 52% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier
