Monday, June 14, 2021 - The dark, gravel minerality-driven nose wafts blackberry, black plum, maraschino cherry sauce, rose petal, and rhubarb. Full bodied with lush, copious tannin and a core of dense acid, this is a structurally significant wine. The flavor profile includes slightly sweet black licorice, plum sauce, dark cherry, black currant, and cassis. There's a lot to like right now, though in five-plus years there will be a lot to love.
