Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Deep dark purple, almost black to the edge, nose of casis, leather, cacao, cola, oak and cigar box. Medium weight, oaky notes almost balanced with red and black fruit flavours and a little cola with pomegranate notes matching the acid and nice coating tannins. Strong, quality oak use contributes vanilla and cedar flavours on the finish... nice and many years ahead. Easily 5-10.
