Saturday, October 29, 2011 - Opened 2.5 hours before tasting with half in a 375 for the next day. The initial day was a little sauvage and didn't all come together. The 375 the next day was terrific. Dark cherry aromatics, fine detailed tannins, deep fruit. Drinking well now and for years to come.
