Friday, February 11, 2022 - Green apples and lime on the palate. Bracing acidity. I think it tastes more like a Rias Baixas Albariño but with the enamel-raking acidity of a Loire Valley sec chenin blanc or an Austrian Gruner Veltliner. Slight effervescence. Very much a summer wine that cries out for shellfish. Had with freshly steamed Norwegian king crab legs. Perfect.
