Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - At Embassy XO, Sunshine Beach. This a delicious wine at this level with plenty of green apple, white pear and lemon lime splice on the nose and palate with a zesty finish with plenty of mineral highlights. There’s a touch of white citrus flowers about as it sits in the glass that elevates this further suggesting another couple of years in the bottle would be beneficial.
