Wednesday, July 20, 2016 - My last bottle. Unctuous, achingly dry apricot and stone fruit finish. Great complexity but I'm not totally loving the hint of bitterness in the finish, maybe it will evolve overnight.

Yep, one night in the fridge rounded out all the rough edges.
