Tuesday, March 30, 2021 - Amazing condition on this wine, especially considering the less than special (aside from being my birth year) vintage. Nose of toffee, dark cherry and chocolate; mercifully the initial torrefacted coffee notes subsided. Opens up with beautiful richness. Placed remaining wine into a half bottle, topped with Argon and placed in fridge, it was still singing the following day. Thanks John!!!!
