Friday, May 22, 2020 - Opened and the first few hours was really tight and unyielding. Only started to open up more than 24 hours later after taking out of cellar and allowed to warm up a little. Dark cherries with hints of cedar, cassis. Probably could keep for another 5-6 years and get better.
