Friday, July 29, 2016 - Double decanted. Rich exotic nose of banana, guava, other tropical fruits and vanilla and marzipan. Color is medium deep gold. This bottle seems more advanced than the last one. Unctuous on the palate with thick ripe (almost sweet) fruit, just this side of syrupy. Not sure what one would eat with this. Doesn't show the power and balance of the last bottle. After further chilling this shows less exotic character and perhaps better balance.
However, upon further tasting this is not to my palate and went in the dump bucket - pity.
